What can and can't go in the bin?Allowed: Light household or commercial waste, excluding heavy materials. Green waste and cardboard. Not Allowed: Heavy general waste like plasterboard, concrete, bricks, tiles, sand, soil, rock, aggregates, gravel, stone, treated timber, tree trunks, etc. Prohitbited items will be removed and left on your premises. Non compliance will result in termination of your service.

What is the maximum weight limit?The maximum weight limit is 60kg per collection. Overweight charges are $11 per additional 10kg.

When will my bin be emptied?Your bin will be emptied on your scheduled collection day each week. When you sign up for our service, we'll inform you of your specific collection day based on your location. Additionally, we offer fortnightly and monthly collection options, priced at our regular rate of $30 per collection. Please ensure your bin is placed out the night before the scheduled pickup to ensure a smooth collection. We will communicate any changes to your schedule in advance, especially around holidays.

Are there any restrictions on the bin's placement?Upon collection your bin must be as close as possible to the kerbside within the bounds of your property. Bins must be mobile for collection and the lid should close with rubbish below the rim.

What happens if my bin collection fails due to closed gates or no access?In cases where a bin collection fails because the bin is not accessible, for instance, due to closed gates or other access issues, no refunds will be provided. It's important to ensure that your bin is easily accessible and placed as close to the kerb within the bounds of your property on the scheduled collection day to avoid such issues.

Am I locked in?Yes, there is a 12 month lock in contract, which applies to customers signing up for the 240 litre half price special at $15 weekly collections. The benefit of this contract is a guaranteed locked in price for the full 12 months, ensuring no price increases during this period. After the initial 12 months, you are free to cancel at any time. Please note, early cancellation will incur a fee for the full remaining contract period.

What are the payment terms?All payments must be made monthly in advance and set up through a direct debit system with your credit card. There is an upfront cost of $40 for bin delivery, followed by an advance payment of $60 covering the first four weeks. After this initial period, payment ($60) will be due every four weeks. Please note, for all other collection frequencies outside of this special, payments are to be made in full prior to each scheduled collection for the collection to take place.
